The group intervention was staged on a christmas market shortly after the market had to close due to lockdown restrictions in Winter’21. In the quietness of abandonment the non-human start telling stories about the power of the collective and dominant narratives.
The violence portrayed in Fleisser’s Ingolstadt (1924) wears the masks of religion and family in the setting of a small-town hell. The flames blaze between the coziness of a fireplace and an uncontrollable (inner) burning.
